Symbol's of Torment

The Symbol's of Torment are runic emblems painted upon the armor of warriors and berserkers alike. These emblems symbolize the different types of torments that the warriors and berserker bare when they take to the battlefield. Runes are inherently powerful forms of lesser magic and invoke powers within the one that creates and uses the Rune along with the name and incantation of the rune itself.

Very few within the clans of Killica remember the Runes, their names, and their Incantations. But this script was found in the Journal of Drecq Lexenstar Warrior and Berserker of Killica and was left to him by his father Basara Lexenstar.

This is the basic Symbol of Torment and holds little power on its own. But This emblem can be seen on the armor and weapons of Berserkers like Drecq painted upon them by the blood of animals of fallen enemies.

This is the Symbol of Torment of the Temple. The Temple refers to the temple of Man or the Physical Aspect of Man. This Symbol once invoked increases the Berserkers Rage by causing Bloodlust and Vengeful Delight. It said this is done by causing extreme physical pain to the user.

This is the Symbol of Torment of the Third Eye. The Third Eye refers to the Mind of Man or the Mental Aspect of Man. This Symbol once invoked increases the Berserkers Rage even further by causing Mental Distortion and Internal Rage. It is said this is done by forcing the user to see events within their mind that would cause blinded rage...these images range per the user.

This is the Symbol of Torment of the Soul. The Soul is as you guessed the Soul of Man. While the soul doesn't effect Mental or Physical Traits it is seen as the Spirit of Man. This Symbol once invoked increases the Berserkers Rage to the point of breaking the limits of Man by causing Soul Shatter and Repossession. It is said that this is done by forsaking the spiritual bond that Man has between himself and his soul and devoiding the user of his soul allowing the empty space to be filled with pure rage. I have been rumored that using this can cause the user to lose themselves and in extreme cases...they will most like perish.

This is the Symbol of Torment referred to as "Final Judgement" or "Torment of the Final Judgement"
This symbol has never been summoned or used as far as recorded history has shown. However, there are rumors and speculation as to what this Rune can do based on its invoking ability. The Rune is said to only be able to be used if all 3 of the other Torment Runes are present and invoked by the same user. Once the user invokes, Torment of the Temple, Torment of the Third Eye, and Torment of the Soul then this Rune will unlock and allow the user to cast Final Judgement. The power of this is unknown but based on the information it is a Rune developed by Dark Forces so its power and fate of the User are most likely not well.
